According to the FMCSA's SAFER system, Falcom Transport employed 585 drivers and took 723 trucks off of the road.

Falcon Transport was founded in 1903 and privately owned until 2017 when the company was purchased by CounterPoint Capital Partners.

Falcon Transport's focus was providing services for the automotive industry.

Possible Reason for Shut Down

There is speculation that the recent close of GM's plant, a major Falcon Transport client, weighed heavily on the decision to shut down. In December of 2018, General Motors announced it would shut down production at the plant in Lordstown, Ohio.
